Meh, credit. Just buy a nicely depreciated well maintained slightly older car that’s far more interesting than that Kia.
Age: 32.

Hah, at 25 I would’ve never dreamed I’d be driving what I do now.
20-somethings are so full of ennui. Yeah, it sucks to be 25, trust me, I know. But if you plug away at your career odds are you’ll be at a point where you’ll be able to afford nicer things than you think. At 25 I was struggling to pay a Honda Fit’s lease. At 32 (sigh) I’m buying an M3. A lot changes from your mid-20s to your 30s.

Yup. A quick google search shows it may have been as recent as 2007 but I was thinking more late 90s and maybe into early 2000s.
Things like buy a Sedona and get a free Rio.

Hahah! Was the Rio inside the Sedona?

I don’t think so.
I don't know anyone who did personally but I did know a guy whose neighborhood was filled with Kias after the promotion. This was back when Kia was a four letter word for anyone who liked cars. I guess it worked because now they make cars people want

May I ask what you do, if you don’t mind? If you don’t want to answer, that’s fine. Won’t hold it against you.
I’m still struggling to figure out what I want to do with my life... I fear I’ll end up like the above, heh. In fact, I think it’s already happening. When I was 15 I wanted all the supercars. Now I’m 19, and I just want an STI.

Project management, focused currently on software development. Specifically in video games.
It’s a lot of travel, and a lot of learning, but it’s also pretty damn satisfying. If you like tech, it’s a good field for “jack of all trades” kinds of people.

Just saw this today and it made me lol.
I’ll be 31 in a few days. When I was 22 I have a tuned WRX an a Honda CBR1000RR. At 31, I have a Cruze and a broken old Honda CB-1 that doesn’t run. Yeah... pretty much need to get hit in a cross walk by someone in an fancy car.
